By accessing kazushiki.com or purchasing any product from Kazu Shiki — digital browser-based Kazu Games or physical print-on-demand merchandise — you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Intellectual property
All games, decks, prompts, card text, artwork, branding, and other content offered by Kazu Games are original intellectual property owned by Kazu Games. All rights are reserved.
License and access
- Kazu Games digital decks are free to play and granted under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
- Content may not be redistributed, copied, resold, reproduced, rebroadcast for commercial purposes, or used to train machine learning models without prior written permission from Kazu Games.
Responsible use
You are responsible for how you and your group use the games. Prompts are designed for friend groups and party settings; you should always play with people who consent to the content and follow applicable laws in your region.
Last Call and drinking content
Last Call is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Players are encouraged to drink responsibly and follow local laws. Do not play Last Call if you are under the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction or in any setting where alcohol consumption would be unsafe or prohibited.
Updates to the games
Kazu Games may update, add, remove, or modify game content, cards, and features over time to improve quality and keep decks fresh. Lifetime access applies to the game as it continues to evolve.

Kazu Games provides entertainment products only. Questions, prompts, and challenges are intended for fun and should always be approached with good judgment and respect for others. Nothing in the games is intended as professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice.
Account termination
Merchandise orders
- Merch purchases are processed through Shopify Checkout. Shopify and its payment processors handle payment details; we never see or store your full card information.
- Shirts are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful). Production times are in addition to shipping times, as described in our Shipping Policy.
- You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned as undeliverable or left unclaimed may be reshipped at your cost.
- Products, prices, and availability are managed in Shopify and may change at any time. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed fabric, and mockups are representative rather than exact.
- Damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or wrongly sized items are handled under our Refund Policy. Buyer's-remorse returns are limited because each item is made to order.
- Designs, artwork, and slogans printed on merchandise remain the intellectual property of Kazu Shiki. Purchasing a shirt does not grant any license to reproduce or resell the artwork.
Account termination
Kazu Games may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to redistribute content, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
