Refund Policy

Kazu Games sells digital products that are delivered instantly to your account library upon purchase. Because of the immediate, lifetime access nature of these products, our refund policy is as follows.

All sales are generally final

Once a game has been added to your library, your purchase is considered delivered in full. As a result, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same game more than once, or purchase a game already included in a bundle you own, contact support and we will review and refund the duplicate charge.

Technical issues

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a game you have purchased and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund. Each case is reviewed individually.

How to request a review

Contact support at gudtymeskazushiki@gmail.com with your order email, the game in question, and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 48 hours.
